SNACKS AND LUNCH BREAKS
Campers take a 15 minute snack break halfway through camp.

  • For half-day campers pack a snack and beverage for your child and label the bag and bottle with their full name

  • For full-day campers, parents must provide lunch, snack and a beverage for each day of camp

  • Our Summer Camp is a peanut / nut-free. Please do not provide any food items that contain peanuts, nuts, peanut butter, nut butters, or peanut products. This includes almonds, filberts, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, and walnuts

  • Campers must NEVER trade food with other campers

  • Water bottles are allowed and encouraged

You will be asked to specify your camper’s dietary restrictions in the emergency contact form after registering. We will provide supervision during snack and lunch breaks.

The Food Allergy and Research & Education (FARE) recommends that parents educate their camper on how to self-manage their food allergy.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING TO CAMP
Kids get messy, so make sure your child wears appropriate clothing and footwear (sneakers are best; no open-toed shoes). Most clay and glaze materials will wash out of clothing, but a smock or apron might be appropriate for children who are worried about getting their clothes stained.

DROP OFF / PICK UP

Parents and caregivers should drop off and pick up their children on-time

Please call us +1 701 3670187 if the camper:

    • will be arriving more than 15 minutes late

    • is not able to attend camp

Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your camp time

Please do not bring your camper earlier than 8:55am

Pick up your child promptly at the end of camp

Please pick up your camper no later than 12:00pm for morning camp or 4:00pm for afternoon camp

    • Extended pick up is not available

    • Please call us if you are running late for pick-up

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

  • All campers must be signed in and out by a designated adult. Campers will only be released to the adult(s) listed on their emergency contact form.

COMPLETED PROJECTS

The ceramic process requires multiple steps including drying and firing in a kiln. This aftercare means your camper’s projects will take approximately 2-3 weeks to be completed after the camp has ended. Then we email you when projects are ready for pick up.

  • Class time will include time for clean-up, an integral part of the process

  • Your children will be encouraged to create several pieces during camp

  • All materials and firing are included in the cost of camp

  • Please Note: Due to the fragile nature of clay and the firing process, work can sometimes get damaged caused by construction issues or the firing or glazing processes

PHOTOGRAPHY DURING CAMP

We often take photos during camp for promotional and educational use. We do not disclose any personal information such as the name or age of the children. Keep in mind that you are giving photo permission as you registered.
